As the year draws to a close, we can't help but look back over the last 12 months and see that God has indeed done great things!

And you have been a major part of all that has been accomplished to help strengthen the Persecuted Church worldwide. Your prayers, financial support and your practical involvement have resulted in the building up of the Kingdom of God... Thank you!

Open Doors founder Brother Andrew has said, "Our brothers and sisters who live under persecution share our faith, but not our freedom. The least we can do is also the most that we can do - pray for them. They do not ask that we pray for the persecution to stop, but that they will stand strong through all the trials God allows to come upon them."

In China, we have seen over a million pieces of Bibles, New Testaments, study guides, Sunday school materials, hymnals and other resources for the growth of the house churches, have been delivered. Training has been conducted for thousands of pastors, evangelists and leaders.

In Indonesia, your partnership has enabled Open Doors to extend help to widows of the Jihad victims. We have been able to care for refugee children, provide vital Bible teaching through the "Standing Strong Through the Storm" (SSTS) seminars.

In Latin America, Open Doors has provided help to victims of false arrests who have been unjustly imprisoned, their families have received much encouragement and practical help. Advocacy has helped in the release of Col. David De Vinatea of Peru who was imprisoned for crimes he did not commit.

All over the world, wherever the followers of Jesus fall victim to harassments, threats and all manner of restrictions, Open Doors has tried to establish an active presence, in fulfillment of the vision God has laid on Brother Andrew's heart: "Awake and strengthen what remains, and is at the point of death." --Rev. 3:2

Once again, thank you for your partnership.
